1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ReplyBuddy ("the Service"), operated by ReplyBuddy ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReplyBuddy is a software-as-a-service platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate replies to customer reviews for local businesses. The Service includes AI-powered reply generation, reputation analytics, SEO keyword injection, and integration capabilities.
3. Account Registration
To use ReplyBuddy, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Free and Paid Plans
ReplyBuddy offers a free tier (5 AI replies per month) and a paid Assistant plan ($24/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overwhelm the Service
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Inject malicious content into review text fields or webhook payloads
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, plan restrictions, or security controls
6. AI-Generated Content
Replies generated by ReplyBuddy are AI-produced suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or compliant with any specific regulations. You should review all generated replies before publishing them.
7. Intellectual Property
ReplyBuddy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReplyBuddy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your review data and the content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ReplyBuddy, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
9. Third-Party Services
ReplyBuddy integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth, Google Business Profile, Zapier, Anthropic (AI provider), and LemonSqueezy (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or terms changes.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReplyBuddy, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the Account view in the dashboard. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
