Welcome to ReplyBuddy. By accessing or using our service at replybuddy.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. The Service
ReplyBuddy is an AI-powered tool that generates professional replies to customer reviews. We provide this service on a subscription and free-tier basis. The AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use.
ReplyBuddy uses large language model AI to generate reply suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content generated by our service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ReplyBuddy only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to generate false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
- Use automated tools to exceed your plan's usage limits
- Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws
3. Accounts & Plans
The free tier allows up to 5 reply generations per month per IP address. Paid plans provide unlimited generations. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by ReplyBuddy is produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You retain full responsibility for any content you publish. ReplyBuddy is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated replies.
5. Intellectual Property
The ReplyBuddy platform, logo, and design are owned by ReplyBuddy. AI-generated reply content produced using our service belongs to you, the user.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ReplyBuddy at our discretion if these terms are violated. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal.
7. Limitation of Liability
ReplyBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email where possible.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
1. Data We Collect
When you use ReplyBuddy, we may collect:
- Review text you paste into the tool (used only to generate your reply)
- Business type and tone preferences you select
- IP address (used for rate limiting on the free tier)
- Email address (if you create a paid account)
- Billing information (handled securely by Paddle — we never store card details)
2. How We Use Your Data
- To generate AI reply suggestions in real time
- To enforce free tier usage limits by IP address
- To process subscription payments via Paddle
- To send account-related emails (receipts, plan changes)
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Review text you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to generate replies and is subject to Anthropic's data usage policies.
3. Third-Party Services
ReplyBuddy uses the following third-party services:
- Anthropic API — processes review text to generate AI replies
- Paddle — handles subscription billing and payments
- Vercel — hosts the application and may log requests
4. Data Retention
We do not persistently store the review text you submit. IP addresses used for rate limiting are stored in memory and reset monthly. Billing records are retained as required by law.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
6. Cookies
ReplyBuddy uses minimal cookies necessary for the service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Children's Privacy
ReplyBuddy is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Section 03
Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with ReplyBuddy. Here's our straightforward refund policy.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with ReplyBuddy within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 7 days of your first payment.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, email us with your account email and we'll process it within 2 business days.
2. After 7 Days
After the initial 7-day period, we do not offer refunds for the current billing cycle. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal (managed by Paddle). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you won't be charged again.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. If you've experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 2-5 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
