What happens when I hit the free limit?
Your generated replies are saved but new generation is paused until the next month or until you upgrade. Your reviews, Brand DNA, and settings are always preserved.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from the Account view. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What review platforms does ReplyBuddy work with?
ReplyBuddy works with reviews from any platform — Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Trustpilot, and more. Import via CSV or connect through Zapier for automated workflows.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Google OAuth (no passwords stored), HMAC-verified webhooks, and prompt injection protection on all AI endpoints. Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy — we never see your card details.
How does SEO injection work?
You set target keywords in your Brand DNA (e.g. "best dentist in Brooklyn"). When generating replies, ReplyBuddy naturally weaves these keywords into the response — highlighted in blue so you can verify placement. Every reply becomes a local search signal.
